The Hudson Street Card Co. was founded in 1996 by Josef Reiter, a New York based actor/photographer/producer. As an actor he has appeared on Broadway and has toured extensively throughout the United States, Canada and the South Pacific. His travels have provided him with many wonderful photographic opportunities. It is the images found along his journeys that comprise this striking collection of photographs. His photographic work has been featured in a restaurant in New York's Times Square, as well as on gift bags, wrapping paper, CD covers and as framed art for the Bombay Company.

As a producer, Josef created and produces a bi-annual event called ActorCrafts, an art and craft fair featuring the work of New York’s theatre professionals and was an Associate Producer on the Off-Broadway musical Fanny Hill.

He is now in the process of opening eco~logic, an earth-friendly, organic home and garden store in the Boston area.
